John J. Rydzewski

Senior Advisor

Experience

Mr. Rydzewski joined the firm in 2017 with healthcare experience incorporating professional activity in such diverse sectors of the industry as biotechnology and drug development services; medical devices; hospital management and long term care, including assisted living and skilled nursing care; behavioral health; and managed care.

He earlier served as the Founding Executive Chairman of Enumeral Biomedical, Inc., a pre-clinical stage biotech company with technology licensed from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard University aimed at developing cancer-fighting antibody therapeutics against immuno-oncology targets.

Mr. Rydzewski was a Managing Director of Christofferson, Robb & Company, a private investment firm where he focused on structured credit investments in the pharmaceutical sector. His investment banking career included healthcare advisory and financing assignments at Benedetto, Gartland & Company, Inc., Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated and Dean Witter Reynolds Inc.

Prior to investment banking, Mr. Rydzewski was a senior manager in the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Services Group of Price Waterhouse & Co. where he performed both creditor committee and debtor assignments. He began his career as Operational Assistant to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Angelica Corporation (NYSE:AGL), a healthcare woven and non-woven textiles company with manufacturing, rental services and retail operating subsidiaries.
