PJ SOLOMON’s Head of Infrastructure Tim Bath was in Denver last week to speak at the inaugural GAD Americas conference.
Launched in Europe in 1994, GAD is widely considered today’s leading airport strategy and finance event . The conference series brings together owners,
operators, investors, advisors and municipal decision makers within the international airport business development and finance community. Topics of
discussion range from the project and investment pipeline, macro trends and global best practices from a public and private perspective.
Speaking on the panel, "Considerations for financing airport development in the long term," Tim offered the following comment: "The volume and tone of
discussions we're having with airports around the country is significantly greater and significantly more positive than it was two years ago."
Clay McCoy, a VP within the Infrastructure Group, also served as a panelist, focused on the keys to making airport P3s successful.
